Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and authentication details, managed securely through our authentication provider.

Content you upload. The audio files, track titles, and project details you add, along with the derived audio features and scores we generate from them.

Usage analytics.We use privacy-friendly, cookieless product analytics that record aggregated, non-identifying events (for example, that a track was scored) using bucketed values—never your personal content.

To provide and improve the service: authenticating you, generating scores and decision reports, operating the blind review room, enforcing plan limits, and understanding aggregate product usage so we can make PulseCheck better.

When your track enters the review room, other users hear a short, anonymized preview to give feedback. Their identity is hidden from you and yours from them. We never expose your email or account identity alongside your audio to reviewers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the infrastructure providers that power the service (such as hosting, database, storage, and AI processing) under agreements that protect your data, or when required by law.

Access to your data is protected by row-level security so that you can only reach your own projects, reviews, and reports. We use industry-standard password hashing and encrypted connections.

You can access and delete your projects at any time from your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data through our support page. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights over your personal data.
