Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of PulseCheck. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
PulseCheck provides AI-assisted analysis of music recordings, a blind peer-review room, and combined release-decision reports. The scores, verdicts, and recommendations we provide are informational tools to support your creative judgment—not guarantees of commercial performance.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use PulseCheck. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Your content and rights
You retain all ownership of the audio and materials you upload. You grant PulseCheck a limited license to process, analyze, store, and—where you opt into the review room—share short, anonymized previews of your track with other users solely to provide the review and scoring features.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
4. Blind review conduct
The review room is built on good-faith, anonymous feedback. You agree to provide honest reviews and not to manipulate scores, submit abusive content, or attempt to de-anonymize other users or tracks. We may remove reviews or suspend accounts that violate these principles.
5. Plans, billing, and quotas
PulseCheck offers a free tier with monthly usage limits and paid subscription plans with higher limits. Usage counters reset at the start of each calendar month. Paid plans, when enabled, renew automatically until cancelled; you can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account page.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by reverse-engineering it, overloading our systems, uploading malware, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimers and liability
PulseCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its outputs.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be communicated in-app. Questions about these terms can be sent through our support page.
